For only $400 a month the Basic Annual option includes:
NUTRITION: We will evaluate your diet and propose a diet plan, analysing both macro and micronutrients to work towards optimising performance. We will adjust existing diet plans to any existing or new PED protocols as well as help you with your body composition goals. We can help with effective bulking, cutting and recomping.
TRAINING: We review your training plan, form, intensity and exercise selection as well as volume, frequency and compatibility. We tailor ourselves to you, whether you're interested in bodybuilding, arm-wrestling (with an emphasis on specific, tendon-based training) or any other sport or whether you are a beginner to training altogether. We will help you achieve your goals.
RECOVERY: Recovery practices tend to be overlooked as one of the key components of growth. We will help you with proper recovery practices and interpret various metrics and practices, such as HRV and sleep, to limit suboptimal recovery from holding you back. We will also help you with learning about various recovery PEDs and compounds such as BPC-157, TB-500 and HGH if desired.
BLOODWORK: We’ve tried numerous clinics, and we’ve seen the ones which give you the most value for the money you spend, saving you thousands over the years. We’ll also help interpret bloodwork results with you as it is essential for harm reduction and longevity, without which you may not be able to run PEDs for long, if at all. Bloodwork can also provide many new insights for naturals; ensuring that all levels are optimal will boost your performance not just in sports and physical fitness but in managing stress and everyday life — helping you to increase performance holistically.
